What is the link between Diabetes and Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (LA)?
Linoleic acid (LA), an omega-6 fat, is a toxic and harmful ingredient in the modern diet. Excessive LA intake, in the form of industrial seed oils, is responsible for most chronic diseases, including obesity, cancer and heart disease. (*1)
Most health-minded experts still believe the primary cause for these trends is sugar, but Linoleic acid (LA) is far more dangerous than sugar, from a metabolic perspective . I believe it’s really the excessive amounts of LA in our modern diet driving these metabolic diseases.
